14. AGREEMENT WITH US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION TASK FORCE FY2011 Approve the Task Force Agreement and acceptance of up to $34,405.50 in continued reimbursement funding from the US Department of Justice (DOJ) Drug Enforcement Administration. The term of this Agreement begins the date of signature by representative of both parties and continues to September 30, 2011. The Sheriff’s Office FY 2010-11 indirect cost rate is 14%. The unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $4,816.77. (C-50-11-003-G-00)
