16. AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF FUNDING FROM THE OFFICE OF NATIONAL DRUG CONTROL POLICY FOR THE HIGH INTENSITY DRUG TRAFFICKING PROGRAM, NATIVE AMERICAN PROJECT Approve the Agreement and acceptance of funding from the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) Award Number I7PSAP005Z, for the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Program, Native American Project in the amount of $20,365.32. The original term of this funding is from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2008, with two extensions approved through December 31, 2010. The Sheriff’s Office FY 2010-11 indirect cost rate is 14%. The unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $2,851.14. (C-50-11-004-G-00)
