17. IGA WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES TO REIMBURSE OVERTIME FOR PARTICIPANTS ASSIGNED TO THE HIGH INTENSITY DRUG TRAFFICKING AREA TASK FORCE Approve three FY 2011 Intergovernmental Agreements (IGAs) for the purpose of reimbursing overtime expenses to the City of Phoenix on behalf of the Phoenix Police Department, the Department of Public Safety and Pinal County on behalf of the Pinal County Sheriff's Office relating to High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA), Maricopa County Meth Task Force investigations. The term of these IGA’s are September 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011, each IGA will not exceed $40,000. The Phoenix Police Department, DPS and the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office will be subrecipients of HIDTA forfeiture funding therefore indirect costs are not applicable. MCSO will reimburse Phoenix, DPS and Pinal County overtime related to the HIDTA Maricopa County Meth Task Force. 16. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF PHOENIX Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors acting on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and the City of Phoenix on behalf of the Phoenix Police Department, to increase funding by $40,000 from $40,000 to $80,000 and extend the end date from December 31, 2011 to December 31, 2012. The original term of this Agreement was September 1, through December 30, 2011 and was approved by the Board on October 20, 2010 (C-50-11-023-3-ZZ). The Phoenix Police Department is a subrecipient of HIDTA forfeiture funding therefore indirect costs are not applicable. (C-50-11-020-3-01)

9. AMENDMENT TO THE IGA WITH PINAL COUNTY TO REIMBURSE OVERTIME FOR PARTICIPANT ASSIGNED TO THE HIGH INTENSITY DRUG TRAFFICKING AREA TASK FORCE Approve Amendment No. 1 to the IGA with Pinal County on behalf of the Pinal County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) and Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office relating to High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA), Maricopa County Meth Task Force investigations. This amendment #1 increases the amount an additional $40,000 making the total reimbursement to $80,000 and also extends the end date to December 31, 2012. The original Agreement was approved by the Board on October 10, 2010 (C-50-11-023-3-ZZ, Pinal County IGA C-50-11-022-3-00) with an amount of $40,000 and a term of September 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011. Pinal County Sheriff’s Office is a subrecipient of HIDTA forfeiture funding therefore indirect costs is not applicable. MCSO will reimburse Pinal County overtime related to the HIDTA Maricopa County Meth Task Force. (C-50-11-020-3-02)
