8. IGA WITH THE TOWN OF PRESCOTT VALLEY FOR SHARING LAW ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION Pursuant to A.R.S. 13-3872, and in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. Title 11, Chapter 7, Article 3, approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Town of Prescott Valley on behalf of the Prescott Valley Police Department and Maricopa County on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) for the purpose of sharing of law enforcement information through the AZLink program as a client agency of the Regional Law Enforcement System, for which the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is the authorized regional link for the Northern Arizona region. This Agreement becomes effective when it is fully executed by all parties and continues in force as a pilot program until September 1, 2011 or until either party provides 60 days written notice of intent to terminate.
