25. IGA WITH ARIZONA GAME AND FISH COMMISSION Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) and acceptance of $35,000 in continued funding from the Arizona Game and Fish Commission. The term of this Agreement is the date signed by all parties through September 30, 2011. This IGA and acceptance of funds will enable the Sheriff’s Office to repair and or replace engines on current watercraft equipment to continue effectively patrolling the waterways in Maricopa County. This is new funding that will impact the overall Sheriff's Grant Fund appropriation. Therefore, a Sheriff's Grant Fund (251) reconciliation that includes this item is submitted to the Board for approval under separate cover. These revenues are not "local revenues" for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. The Sheriff’s indirect cost rate for FY11 is 14% and the unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $4,900. (C-50-11-029-G-00)
