17. EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-538.03, approve an exemption from markings on the fleet vehicle that assigned to replace patrol vehicle 11670. The vehicle is a black 2010 Ford Crown Victoria. This vehicle is used in Human Smuggling incidents where maintaining a low profile is desirable for enhancing officer safety and the success of missions, especially those involving highway interdictions.
