19. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Maricopa County on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), regarding the use and storage of equipment, including the DEA Clandestine Laboratory/Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) at the Maricopa County HIDTA facility in Phoenix, Arizona. MCSO as administrator of the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA), Maricopa County Methamphetamine Tack Force along with DEA provide mutual support and cooperation in their respective activities relating to disrupting the clandestine manufacture, distribution and use of illegal narcotics in Arizona.
