21. IGA WITH THE CITY OF MESA TO REIMBURSE OVERTIME FOR HIGH INTENSITY DRUG TRAFFICKING AREA PARTICIPATION Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors acting on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and the City of Mesa acting on behalf of the Mesa Police Department, for reimbursement of overtime and aviation fuel expenses relating to the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA), Maricopa County Meth Task Force. The term of this Agreement is December 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011. The Mesa Police Department will be a subrecipient of HIDTA forfeiture funding and therefore indirect costs are not applicable. MCSO will reimburse overtime and aviation fuel, related to the HIDTA Maricopa County Meth Task Force, not-to-exceed $50,000. (C-50-11-055-3-00)
