22. AGREEMENT AND ACCEPT FUNDING FROM THE ARIZONA PEACE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING BOARD, PEACE OFFICER TRAINING FUND GRANT FOR E-LEARNING NETWORK OVERTIME Approve the Agreement and acceptance of up to $20,000 in grant funding from the Arizona Peace Officers Standard and Training Board, Peace Officers Training Fund Grant, E-Learning Network Overtime for overtime reimbursement. The term of this funding is January 1, 2011 through June 30, 2011. Also, approve an appropriation adjustment increasing the Sheriff’s Office FY2011 (500) Grant Fund (251) non-recurring (0000) revenue and expenditure budgets in the amount of $20,000. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate is 14.0% for FY2011. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this funding are estimated to be $2,800. (C-50-11-056-G-00)

EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA PEACE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING BOARD CONTRACT #2010-048 Approve an Extension of Agreement with the Arizona Peace Officers Standard and Training Board, Contract #2010-048. The term of this extension is through June 30, 2012. The original Agreement was approved by the Board on January 12, 2011 with a term of January 1, 2011 through June 30, 2011. This is an extension of term only. Total amount awarded was $20,000. (C-50-11-056-G-01)

EXTENSION TO THE AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA PEACE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING BOARD Approve an Extension of Agreement with the Arizona Peace Officers Standard and Training Board, Contract #2010-048. The term of this extension is through June 30, 2014. There are no other changes. This extends the amount of time available to the project and is for reimbursement of overtime costs associated with providing technical support to agencies utilizing the E-Learning Computer System.
