9. SOLE SOURCE WITH NEW WORLD SYSTEMS CORPORATION FOR SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE Approve the Sole Source procurement with New World Systems Corporation for Software Maintenance for the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) enforcement Records Management System (RMS). The annual value of this Sole Source is $70,000 plus tax for a total of $76,510. This will be funded from the Sheriff’s RICO Fund (212). New World Systems owns the copyright for the MCSO Records Management System. Upgrades were recently acquired and this is the only vendor who can support the application updates. This system is used in Law Enforcement and provides 16 police and law enforcement records software modules and 2 data management and retrieval tools modules. (C-50-11-057-M-00)
