14. AGREEMENT WITH JOHN C. LINCOLN HEALTH NETWORK FOR PARAMEDIC AND EMT TRAINING Approve an Agreement between John C. Lincoln Health Network and Maricopa County through the Sheriff's Office, for the purpose of sharing Lincoln's facilities for paramedic and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training. This Agreement is non-financial with a term of one year, effective from January 1, 2011 and is renewable for automatic successive terms of 12 months unless terminated. This agreement may be terminated by either party with thirty days written notice. The Board has approved similar agreements with John C. Lincoln on behalf of the Sheriff's Office in the past.
