SOLE SOURCE AUTHORIZATION TO GDI ADVANCED PROTECTION SOLUTIONS TO REPAIR DETENTION FACILITY STUN FENCE Approve the sole source purchase for repair and installation of new components required to operate the stun fence at Durango Jail to GDI Advanced Protection Solutions of Chicago, Illinois. This company was the original builder of the fence. The equipment, systems, labor and materials will cost $78,964, including tax. The Sheriff's Office will submit this procurement through the Jail Enhancement Fund. This fence was damaged during a series of storms and repair is necessary for security and safety reasons.
