14. ACCEPT FUNDS FROM THE ARIZONA PEACE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING BOARD, PEACE OFFICER TRAINING FUND GRANT AGREEMENT FOR E-LEARNING NETWORK Approve the acceptance of $11,845.10 in grant funding from the Arizona Peace Officers Standard and Training Board, Peace Officers Training Fund Grant Agreement, Contract #2011-001. The term of this funding is the date of the Board of Supervisors approval with an indefinite end date, and the Agreement may be cancelled at any time by written notice to the AZ POST Board. This funding is for the expansion and upgrading of the E-Learning computer servers, network and production equipment. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2011 is 14.0%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this additional funding are estimated to be $1,658.31. (C-50-11-079-G-00)
