13. EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS FOR UNDERCOVER VEHICLES GOING INTO SERVICE Approve per A.R.S. 38-538.03 exemptions from markings and undercover license plate designations for 43 County replacement vehicles that are going into service and will be assigned to Sheriff's Detectives. The safety of the deputy and the success of investigative operations requires exemptions from markings. The law does not allow for transfers of exemption from markings status to replacement vehicles. The specific list of the new undercover replacement vehicles is attached. (C-50-11-084-M-00)
