11. ONE TIME ADDITION TO FLEET Approve a one time addition to fleet of a forfeited vehicle, a 2003 Chevrolet Tracker with an estimated value of $3,000, seized during a HIDTA Investigation. This vehicle will be used in Special Investigations for undercover operations. Also approve per ARS 38-538-03 exemption from markings and issuance of an Arizona undercover license plate. This is a one time addition to fleet and will replace RICO vehicle #26 that has outlived its useful purpose. RICO funds will support this vehicle's repair, maintenance and operational costs, which are estimated to be $4,800 annually. This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general fund for replacement. (C-50-11-092-M-00)
