9. EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION TRANSFER Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106, transfer FY 2011 expenditure appropriation in an amount not-to-exceed $520,136 from Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) to Sheriff (500) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) for increased fuel costs. Within the appropriated budget for Non-Departmental, the amount to be transferred will be deducted from Unreserved Contingency. A budget adjustment will only be made if necessary for the Sheriff’s Office to remain within budget in the General Fund at year-end. (C-50-11-094-M-00)
