19. VEHICLE USE AGREEMENT WITH NATIONAL INSURANCE CRIME BUREAU, TEMPORARY ADDITION TO THE FLEET AND EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS Approve the Vehicle Use Agreement between the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and a temporary addition to the fleet of a 2003 Ford F-250. The term of this Agreement is through May 7, 2014. This vehicle will be used for a designated purpose in association with the Arizona Automobile Theft Authority (AATA) Law Enforcement Program. Also approve exemption from markings in accordance with A.R.S. §38-538.03 and the use of undercover plates. This vehicle will not be a take home vehicle and will only be used to conduct suppression details. This is a temporary addition to the fleet and the vehicle will be returned or a new vehicle use agreement will be submitted for approval and there will be no funding from the general fund for its replacement. The estimated annual operating cost of this vehicle is $500 to be supported through the General Fund (100); Patrol Resources Bureau, General Investigations Division, General Crimes. (C-50-11-103-M-00)
