SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE FROM JENSEN USA, INC Approve the Sole Source purchase of the PLC Controlling System from Jensen USA, Inc. in the amount of $183,896.00 (plus tax) to be funded by the Sheriff’s Detention Fund (255). This procurement is for the Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) used to operate the Futurail System, for the MCSO ISD Laundry Services. The system and parts are proprietary intellectual property of Jensen USA, INC. The Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) System is used to operate the Futurail. The Futurail is the system used in the MCSO laundry service to move bags from the sorters to the rails to the washers. (C-50-11-107-M-00)
