ARIZONA CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMMISSION CONTINUED GRANT FUNDING FOR MARICOPA COUNTY NEIGHBORHOOD NARCOTIC ENFORCEMENT TEAM Approve acceptance of continued grant funding of $383,560 from the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission for the Maricopa County Neighborhood Narcotic Enforcement Team (MCNNET) FY2012. The award period for this grant is July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY 2012 is 14.7%. 17. AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF GOODYEAR FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE MARICOPA COUNTY NEIGHBORHOOD NARCOTICS TEAM PROGRAM FY2012 - SALARY Approve the Agreement between the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors acting on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Goodyear, whereby one police officer from the Goodyear Police Department will be assigned to the Maricopa County Neighborhood Narcotics Enforcement Team (MCNNET). The term of this Agreement is July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. The amount designated for the Goodyear Police Department is $68,904 for salary reimbursement. The Sheriff’s Office is the administrating agency for the MCNNET grant, funded through the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on July 6, 2011 (C-50-11-109-G-00).
