17. ARIZONA CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMMISSION GRANT FUNDING FOR THE PROJECT SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS PROGRAM - FY2012 Approve the Grant Agreement and acceptance of $27,427 from the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission, Project Safe Neighborhoods Grant Agreement # PSN-12-007. The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. This funding reimburses overtime related to Forensic Firearms Testing/ National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN). The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2012 is 14.7%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this grant are estimated to be $4,031.77. (C-50-12-002-G-00)
