ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION AND RESTRICTED USE AGREEMENT Accept a donation of $5,000 from the Animal Welfare Foundation, Inc. for the Sheriff's MASH Unit and approve a restricted use agreement acknowledging its use for "Upkeep and Care of the Dogs in the MCSO Inmate Program."
