14. AGREEMENT WITH US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR THE DEA TASK FORCE FY2012 Approve the Task Force Agreement and acceptance of up to $34,405 in continued reimbursement funding from the US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration. The term of this Agreement is October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012. The Sheriff’s Office FY12 indirect cost rate is 14.7%. The unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $5,057.54.
