14. ONE-TIME ADDITION TO FLEET OF RICO VEHICLE AND EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL PLATES Approve a one-time addition to fleet of a RICO vehicle seized during a HIDTA investigation to be used for deep undercover purposes. Also per A.R.S. 38-538.03 approve an exemption from markings and issuance of non-governmental plates. This is a 2005 Ford Escape, ordered by the Court for the benefit of the Sheriff's Office in CV 2010-031549. It replaces RICO vehicle #195 and approval of this item does not represent an increase to the fleet. The estimated annual cost to operate this vehicle is $4,500 to be supported by RICO funds. This is a one-time addition to fleet with no funding from the general fund for its replacement. (C-50-12-013-M-00)
