12. AMENDMENT TO LEASE WITH CHIN YI TU FAMILY LIVING TRUST, LESSOR FOR HANGAR SPACE AT GLENDALE AIRPORT Approve and execute Amendment No. 3 to lease No. L-7336 with Chin Yi Tu Family Living Trust, Lessor for hangar space located at City of Glendale Airport, 6801 N. Glen Harbor Blvd., Glendale, AZ. This amendment will remove hangar #4 from the Lease Agreement by returning the leased space back to the Lessor. The new annual lease rate is $48,000 plus rental tax. The rent shall be paid on a quarterly basis on or before the first day of each quarter commencing October 1, 2011. (C-50-12-017-M-00)

11. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH CHIN YI TU FAMILY LIVING TRUST FOR HANGAR SPACE Approve and execute Amendment No. 4 to Lease No. L-7336 with Chin Yi Tu Family Living Trust, as Lessor, for the property located at 6801 N. Glen Harbor Boulevard, Glendale, Arizona. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the term for one year for the County's use of 8,293 rentable square feet of hangar space at the Glendale Municipal Airport. This amendment is effective from February 12, 2014 to December 31, 2015. Amendment No. 4 to Lease Agreement L-7336 extends the term of the agreement for one (1) year and provides the County with four (4) one-year renewal options. The annual rent will remain at $48,000 ($5.79/s.f.) plus applicable taxes during the lease term extension and the four (4) one-year renewal options. The term extension will begin January 1, 2015, and will expire on December 31, 2015, unless extended as provided for under the renewal options. (C-50-12-017-M-01)

25. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH CHIN YI TU FAMILY LIVING TRUST Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 5 to Lease Agreement L-7336 with Chin Yi Tu Family Living Trust, as Licensor, for the County’s use of hangar space at the Glendale Municipal Airport at 6801 N. Glen Harbor Boulevard, Glendale, AZ. Amendment No. 5 to Lease Agreement L-7336 reduces the leased space from two hangars to one hangar beginning July 1, 2015. The quarterly rent for the remaining two (2) quarters of the lease term will reduced from $12,000 per quarter to $6,000.00 per quarter (plus applicable taxes). The lease will expire on December 31, 2015. (C-50-12-017-M-02)

AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH CHIN YI TU FAMILY LIVING TRUST Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 6 to Lease Agreement L-7336 between the Sheriff's Office and Chin Yi Tu Family Living Trust, as Licensor, for the County’s use of hangar space at the Glendale Municipal Airport at 6801 N. Glen Harbor Boulevard, Glendale, AZ. Amendment No.6 to Lease Agreement L-7336 terminates the lease agreement as of July 31, 2015. (C-50-12-017-M-03)
