15. SPECIAL USE PERMIT WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, FOREST SERVICE FOR CONTINUAL USE OF AID/RESCUE STATION AT BARTLETT LAKE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Special Use Permit with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service. This permit will expire at midnight on December 31, 2021. This Permit will allow the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office the continual use of an Aid/Rescue Station located at Bartlett Lake. This permit covers 5 acres or .01 miles in the Sec. 28, T. 6 N, R. 7 E., Gila and Salt River Meridian (C-50-12-019-M-00)

76. AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL - USE AUTHORIZATION WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOREST SERVICE APPROVE, and authorize the Chairman to execute U. S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service Amendment For Special–Use Authorization Amendment No. 1 and all other documents need to allow the County to install communication shelter, battery shelter, generator and propane tank, metal awning canopy, and solar panels at the Bartlett Lake Aid Station, authorized under agenda C-50-12-019-M-00. This amendment allows Maricopa County the right to modify the existing site to support wireless communication equipment at the Bartlett Lake Aid Station, authorized under C-50-12-019-M-00, on Tonto National Forest land. This amendment will support the implementation of the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project. All funding for costs associated with the construction, installation and start-up of wireless communication equipment are part of the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project budget (C-73-13-077-7-00). This agenda item also authorizes the Chairman to sign other documents that may be required. (C-50-12-019-M-01)
