13. AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL LEAVE Approve an exception to the Compensation Plan and authorize a deposit of 80 hours of vacation leave and 80 hours of sick leave into Sheriff's employee Tom Buggeln's leave balances effective September 19, 2011. Tom Buggeln is an eighteen year Sheriff's employee who's position was recently changed from appointed to classified, non-exempt. In his previous status there were no leave accruals. (C-50-12-023-M-00)
