14. AGREEMENT WITH THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR ORGANIZED CRIME DRUG ENFORCEMENT TASK FORCES (OCDETF) - FY2012 Approve the Agreement and acceptance of up to $705,677 in continued funding from the Drug Enforcement Administration, Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) Investigative/Strategic Initiative # SWAZP0560. The term of this Agreement is from October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2012 is 14.7%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this funding are estimated to be $18,552.14. There will be capital purchases ($579,472.00) that are not included in the indirect cost calculation.
