A-9. MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT REGARDING MANAGEMENT CONTROL OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEMS Approve an agreement that provides for the management and control of the integrated criminal justice information system (ICJIS) in Maricopa County among the following parties: Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, the Maricopa County Manager, the Maricopa County Office of Enterprise of Technology, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, the Superior Court of Arizona in and for the County of Maricopa, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, the Maricopa County Clerk of the Superior Court, and Maricopa County Office of Public Defense Services. This is a non-financial agreement and it applies only to portions of the network and computer systems that relate to criminal justice information and does not apply to any other security or network zone currently existing or that will exist in the future. The agreement is effective upon Board approval and shall be subject to annual review and amendment by the parties on or before June 30 of each year. (C-50-12-027-M-00)
