17. SOLE SOURCE AND TRADE-IN Approve a sole source to Taser International and trade of TDB devices to be applied to the purchase of X-2 electronic devices with high definition color camera recorders. The amount of this contract is not to exceed $56,545. Jail Enhancement funds (214) will be used to fund this purchase. Only Taser International provides this product. They are intended for testing for use in Detention Facilities. (C-50-12-037-M-00)
