10. SALARY CORRECTION Approve a salary correction for Debra Springfield, Animal Care Technician in the Sheriff’s Office, effective November 28, 2011. Ms. Springfield’s base rate is below the minimum of her market range. This increase will take her to the minimum of her market range. This salary correction will adjust Ms. Springfield’s base rate from $7.62 ($15,850) to $13.13 ($27,310). (C-50-12-042-M-00)
