14. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF GOODYEAR Approve an amendment to the Agreement for Law Enforcement Services between the City of Goodyear and Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff's Office to accomplish the following: 1) update names and addresses in the Legal Notices section and 2) add a section to Chain of Command Responsibility for performance Standards that provides the City the right to request that any Sheriff's Office staff member be reassigned or otherwise removed from the service. The current contract was entered into on January 9, 2012 and is in the first of five one-year automatic renewal periods. This amendment takes effect upon approval of the Board of Supervisors. AMENDMENT TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF BUCKEYE Approve Amendment #1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County acting on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and the Town of Buckeye on behalf of the Buckeye Police Department, to extend the duration of the IGA through December 31, 2014. The Agreement was approved by the Board on January 23, 2013 (C-50-13-046-G-00). There are no other changes. (C-50-13-046-G-01)
