12. ONE-TIME ADDITION TO FLEET FORFEITED FLATBED TRAILER Approve a one-time addition to the RICO fleet of one 2005 Carson Flatbed Trailer, VIN: 4HXEN20255C081443, with an estimated value of $2,000. Also per ARS 38-538.03 approve an exemption from markings and the issuance of undercover plates. This vehicle will be used in HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area) activities for hauling all-terrain vehicles that are used in the desert to combat illegal drug trafficking. This is a one-time addition to fleet to be retired at the end of its useful life with no replacement from the general fund. Maintenance costs for this item, for which there is no estimate, will be supported by RICO. (C-50-12-055-M-00) 13. Also, per ARS 38-538.03, approve an exemption from markings and issuance of undercover, non-government license plates. This vehicle will be used in undercover operations. This vehicle is a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser and it is valued at $8,400. It will replace an existing RICO vehicle and RICO funds will be used to support costs for operation and maintenance which are estimated to be $4,700 per year.
