15. RESCIND ACTION REGARDING THE IGA WITH THE CITY OF PHOENIX FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF FUNDS FROM THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROJECT #888206-01 Rescind the previously approved action item C-50-12-077-G-00 that approved the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of Phoenix, on behalf of the Phoenix Police Department, for the purpose of reimbursement of funds up to $54,110.58 from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security (AZDOHS), AZLINK/COPLINK State Wide Software Maintenance and Expansion Project (Project #888206-01). This Intergovernmental Agreement was funded by a grant from Arizona Department of Homeland Security (C-50-12-032-G-00), which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 16, 2011. The Phoenix Police Department has requested that the agreement be annulled because it was not properly executed by the Department. (C-50-12-077-G-01)
