13. RESOLUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT FUNDS FROM ARIZONA STATE PARKS, OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLE RECREATION PROGRAM Adopt a Resolution to the Arizona State Parks Board, Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Program and, if awarded, approve acceptance of a grant for Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) enforcement up to $67,200. This grant funds the purchase of two Side by Side Utility vehicles (UTV’s). The estimated award period is September 1, 2012 through October 31, 2013. Also, approve one-time additions to the fleet of two Side by Side UTV’s that are specific components of this funding for patrol in OHV areas. These are one-time additions to the fleet that will be retired from the fleet at the end of their useful lives with no funding from the general fund for replacement. The Sheriff’s Office FY13 indirect costs rate is 14.1% ($9,475.20). This is a capital equipment purchase which is excluded from the indirect cost calculation. The estimated annual operating cost of these vehicles is $2,000 to be supported through the Patrol Resources Bureau, Lake Patrol Division, General Fund (100). (C-50-12-078-G-00)

14. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO ACTION APPROVED FOR ARIZONA STATE PARKS, OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLE RECREATION PROGRAM – RESOLUTION Approve an administrative correction to C-50-12-078-G-00 approved on June 6, 2012, regarding the Resolution to the Arizona State Parks Board, Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Program to replace the Resolution document. The replacement Resolution aligns with the agenda language. There are no other changes. (C-50-12-078-G-01)
