16. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES WITH THE TOWN OF CAVE CREEK Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement between Town of Cave Creek and Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff's Office. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Update the address of the Sheriff's Office in the Legal Notices section 2) Add a section to Chain of Command Responsibility for Performance Standards. This amendment is effective from upon approval by the Board of Supervisors to the end of the term of the agreement, which is June 30, 2015 with up to three, one-year automatic renewals. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-50-12-086-3-01)
