12. ARIZONA CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMMISSION GRANT FUNDING FOR THE PROJECT SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS PROGRAM - FY2013 Approve the Grant Agreement and acceptance of $17,070 in continued funding from the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission, Project Safe Neighborhoods Grant Agreement # PSN-13-005. The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. This funding reimburses overtime related to Forensic Firearms Testing/ National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN). The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2013 is 14.1%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this grant are estimated to be $2,406.87. (C-50-13-008-G-00)
