A-4. IGA WITH THE CITY OF GLENDALE Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Glendale, on behalf of the Glendale Police Department and Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office. The purpose of this IGA is to providing professional law enforcement and security services to Global Spectrum for the University of Phoenix Stadium. The term of this IGA is from the date of signature of both parties through February 15, 2015. All Officers will be required to enter into temporary employment contracts with Glendale, providing each Officer shall also be an employee of MCSO. MCSO acknowledges that command and control for all events worked shall be the duty and responsibility of the Glendale Police Department. This is an as needed agreement. (C-50-13-012-3-00)
