13. SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE WITH CELLEBRITE USA INC. Approve a Sole Source purchase with Cellebrite USA Inc. for an amount not-to exceed $246,500 for the purchase of Cellebrite UFED Ultimate Touch mobile forensic system, continued maintenance and support. This sole source authorization will be effective for a period of three (3) years from the date of Board approval. Funding for this purchase will be from the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) Investigation/Strategic Initiative. This funding was initially approved by the Board on September 12, 2012 under C-50-13-015-G-00 with a term of October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013. Ongoing support if applicable will be funded through OCDETF. (C-50-13-068-M-00)
