17. IGA WITH PINAL COUNTY TO REIMBURSE OVERTIME FOR HIGH INTENSITY DRUG TRAFFICKING AREA PARTICIPATION Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors acting on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and Pinal County acting on behalf of the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, for reimbursement of overtime expenses relating to the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA), Maricopa County Drug Suppression Task Force (MCDST). The term of this Agreement is July 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013. The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office will be a subrecipient of HIDTA forfeiture funding therefore indirect costs are not applicable. MCSO will reimburse overtime related to the HIDTA Maricopa County Drug Suppression Task Force, not-to-exceed $40,000. (C-50-13-025-G-00)
