19. RESOLUTION REGARDING ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT (AZDEM) DESIGNATION OF APPLICANT’S AGENT Adopt a resolution regarding the Arizona Division of Emergency Management (AZDEM) Designation of Applicant’s Agent to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Chief of Administration. This resolution will allow the Designated Applicant’s Agent to execute and file with the appropriate authorities any applications necessary for Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office to receive financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act or otherwise available from the disaster relief fund. (C-50-13-028-M-00) 20. DONATIONS MONTHLY REPORT In accordance with County Policy A2805, accept the monthly donation report received from Sheriff's Office for September 2012 for a total of $739.00.
