16. AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF CONTINUED GRANT FUNDING FROM THE ARIZONA CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMMISSION FOR RESIDENTIAL SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT PROGRAM Approve the Agreement and acceptance of $76,452 in continued grant funding from the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission (ACJC) for Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Grant Program (RSAT) CY13 Agreement Number RSAT-13-004. The term of this funding is January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY13 is 14.1%; the unrecoverable indirect cost associated with this grant is $8,084.80. There is a 25% match requirement ($19,113) that will be funded by Sheriff’s Office Inmate Services Fund (252). (C-50-13-042-G-00)
