10. IGA WITH TOWN OF BUCKEYE TO REIMBURSE OVERTIME FOR HIGH INTENSITY DRUG TRAFFICKING AREA PARTICIPATION Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors acting on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and the Town of Buckeye acting on behalf of the Buckeye Police Department, for reimbursement of overtime expenses relating to the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA), Maricopa County Drug Suppression Task Force (MCDST). The term of this Agreement is February 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. The Buckeye Police Department will be a subrecipient of HIDTA forfeiture funding, therefore indirect costs are not applicable. MCSO will reimburse overtime related to the HIDTA Maricopa County Drug Suppression Task Force, not-to-exceed $40,000. (C-50-13-046-G-00)

18. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF BUCKEYE FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County acting on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and the City of Buckeye on behalf of the Buckeye Police Department, to increase funding by $20,000 from $40,000 to $60,000. The Buckeye Police Department is a subrecipient of HIDTA forfeiture funding therefore indirect costs are not applicable. The Agreement was approved by the Board on January 23, 2013 (C-50-13-046-G-00). Amendment #1 extending the term of the IGA was approved by the Board on January 8, 2014 (C-50-13-046-G-01).
