14. TRANSFER EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION FOR FUNDING FOR JAIL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), transfer FY 2013 expenditure appropriation of not-to-exceed $1,462,000 from Non-Departmental (470) Detention Fund (255) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) to Sheriff (500) Detention Fund (255) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). The amount to be transferred will be taken from the “Sheriff Office Contingency” line. Items that will be funded by this action are for the jails food service and include: Food Tray Cart Washing Machines; Food Tray Washing Machines; an Ice Builder Machine; a Peanut Butter Machine and an Industrial Floor Cleaner.
