15. ONE TIME ADDITIONS TO FLEET Approve two one-time additions to the Sheriff’s Office RICO fleet of vehicles seized in HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking) operations. The first vehicle is a 2007 Hummer H2 with an estimated value of $24,000. It replaces RICO Vehicle 072. Also approve per ARS 38-538.03 an exemption from markings and deep undercover license plate registration. The second vehicle is a 2007 Yamaha YFM45 ATV, valued at $1,500. Also approve per ARS 38-538.03 an exemption from markings and registration Arizona “RV” plate registration. These are one-time additions to fleet and will be retired at the end of their useful lives with no funding from the General Fund for replacement. The annual operating expenses are estimated to be $6,500 for the first vehicle and $1,500 for the second. The expenses will be paid from the RICO fund (212). (C-50-13-050-M-00)
