13. ADDITION TO FLEET RICO VEHICLE AND EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS Approve a one-time addition to the Sheriff's RICO fleet of a 1999 Dodge 1/2 Ton Pickup (VIN 1B7GL22Y6XS105631) for use at the practice range. This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the General Fund for its replacement. The annual operating costs are estimated to be $3,500 to be supported from RICO funds. Also per ARS 38-538.03 approve exemption from markings. (C-50-13-054-M-00)
