14. ACCESS AGREEMENT WITH 44 BLUE PRODUCTIONS Approve an Access Agreement between 44 Blue Productions, Inc. (“Producer”) and Maricopa County on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (“Department”) for filming and possible exhibition of a proposed television pilot and/or series. The term of this agreement is January 8, 2013 through August 1, 2014. The Producer agrees to handle all necessary production insurance (costs), as well as all travel costs and logistics (airfare, accommodations, visas, etc.) and neither the department or force nor officers will be responsible for those logistics or the costs thereof.
