23. AGREEMENT WITH US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR THE DEA PHOENIX ASSET REMOVAL GROUP 3 Approve the Agreement between US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration and Maricopa County acting through the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and acceptance of up to $17,202.25 in reimbursement funding. This agreement allows for reimbursement of overtime paid to the deputy assigned to the DEA Phoenix Asset Removal Group 3. The term of this Agreement is February 12, 2013 through September 30, 2013. The Sheriff’s Office FY13 indirect cost rate is 14.1%. The unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $2,425.52. (C-50-13-059-G-00)
