20. SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT-REALLOCATION WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR THE 2010 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM AGREEMENT #777813-06 Approve a Subgrantee Agreement-Reallocation and acceptance of up to $46,825 in grant funding from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security (AZDOHS) for the 2010 Homeland Security Grant Program Agreement #777813-06. The term of this award is February 1, 2013 to May 31, 2013. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2013 is 14.1% ($6,602.32). These are capital purchases (920) therefore there are no indirect costs associated with this Agreement. This Agreement and acceptance of funding enables the Sheriff’s Office to purchase the necessary equipment that will allow the ACTIC the capability for secure video conferencing across the State. This project will directly support and enhance the statewide TLO mission. It will allow the AZDOHS/ACTIC to hold secure video-conferencing with various Law Enforcement Agencies, Intelligence Agencies and Task Forces in the state. (C-50-13-063-G-00)
