24. GENERAL AGREEMENT FOR MUTUAL AID ASSISTANCE WITH GLEN CANYON NATIONAL RECREATION AREA Approve a non-financial general Agreement for mutual aid assistance between Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and Maricopa County for the purpose of improving response/ (or turn around time); saving taxpayer dollars; and promoting public welfare. Neither agency is required to render aid to the other. The term of this agreement is five years and it is effective the date it is signed by the Board of Supervisors and Sheriff. This Agreement can be terminated by either party with a 90-day written notice of termination. (C-50-13-065-M-00) 25. DONATION FROM FIESTA EVENTS INC. Accept the donation to the Sheriff's Office of $1,000.00 from Fiesta Events Inc. in recognition of the Chain Gang that assisted at the Fort McDowell Fiesta Bowl Parade. (C-50-13-061-M-00)
