17. APPROVE TRADE IN OF GUNS AND GUN ACCESSORY ITEMS FOR CREDIT ON GUN AND ACCESSORIES PURCHASE Pursuant to the Maricopa County Procurement Code, MC1a-803, D.3., approve the trade-in of (50) Glock guns, (37) Kimber guns, (23) holsters, and (273) magazines per the attached list to the authorized Glock vendor in Arizona to be selected through a solicitation conducted by the Maricopa County Office of Procurement Services’ (OPS) under Bid Serial #13041, Maricopa County Side Arm Acquisition & Trade-in. This solicitation has closed and the responses are being evaluated by OPS and the Maricopa County Sherriff’s Office to determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Once a vendor has been selected this Bid Serial will be awarded by Chief Procurement Officer under authority granted in the Maricopa County Procurement Code. (C-50-13-076-M-00)
